Dear Madam,
It becomes my sad and painful duty to inform you that Mr. Lemuel Robinett of Co I 75 Reg't Ohio Vol. was admitted in this hospital as a Patient May 3d 1863 and all that kind nursing could do was done for him but of no avail he Died May 13 1863 of Fever and he had every care that Doctors or Nurse could give, and was Buried with the usual Military Honors yesterday afternoon at 3'O'Clock P.M. His Funeral was attended by the Chaplain of this Camp.
His Effects are one Jack Knife one Pocket Book containing three dollars and fifty five cents, which can be had by applying by letter to Sanford G Hunt, Surgeon in Charge.
